Guilherme Jahara
Founder / Partner /co-CCO / Creative
Background:
Carioca, living in São Paulo for over 25 years. Passionate about design, advertising, branding, as well as arts, basketball, diving, nature, and my children. Studied Visual Communication at PUC Rio. Courses at Singularity University, Management at IBEMEC, and Creative Leadership at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.

Career:
Over 29 years in advertising. Worked at multinational agencies such as Almap BBDO, CVP at Publicis, Group Creative Director at DM9DDB, ECD at Leo Burnett, CCO at F.Biz/WPP, and Co-CEO and CCO at DDB Brasil until August 2020.

Clients and Brands Experience:
VW, Fiat, Jeep, Subaru, Audi, Samsung, Motorola, Claro, Unilever (babyDove, Omo, Axe), O Boticário, P&G, Itaú, XP Investimentos, AB InBev (Bohemia, Guaraná, Antarctica, Skol, Ama), Sadia(BRF), Seara and Seara Gourmet(JBS), Beyoung, and Riot Games.

Academic Background:
Graduated in two fields: Graphic Arts and Social Communication.

Career:
Over 20 years of experience in Integrated Production (Digital, Electronic, and Print) and Operations. Worked for 18 years at DM9DDB, with the last position as Production Director. Spent 2 years at Artplan as Director of Production and Operations. Elected Production Professional of the Year in 2014 by ABP.

Client Experience:
Worked with clients from various sectors, such as Banco Itaú, AMBEV, UOL, Electrolux, TV Globo, Honda (motorcycles and cars), Oi, Vivo/Telefonica, Walmart, PontoFrio, BRF, Johnson & Johnson, Sadia(BRF), McDonald’s, Kopenhagen, Tok&Stok, Etna, among others.

Current Role and Skills:
Specialized in Production Intelligence and Operations.

Recent Experiences:
Has been leveraging his operations experience to minimize internal and client costs, optimizing time and budgets, while always striving for the highest quality of work.

Passionate about communication, content, storytelling, and technology in brand building. Over 25 years of experience in advertising.

Career:
Worked at Africa as VP of Creative, and then as Executive Creative Director at R/GA. Co-President and Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at Tribal DDB until early 2020.

Clients:
Worked with various brands across different sectors, including Itaú, Bradesco, Next, Santander, Ambev, Nike, Google, Samsung, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Ford, Vivo, and Tim, Mafrig and Seara (JBS).

Awards:Recognized at major national and international advertising festivals, such as Cannes Lions, Effie, Clio, El Ojo, Clube de Criação, among others.

Recent Experiences:
Since 2020, focused on leveraging his experience to build brands for startups seeking growth and significant impact in communication.
